Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We ship worldwide using reliable carriers. Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 5-10 business days
- International: 10-20 business days
Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, postal delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the items in your order, and your chosen shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your package's journey to you.
International Orders
For international customers:
- You may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees
- We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we cannot change it once an order is in production
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date
- Include your order number and photos of any damaged items
- We'll make our best to resolve the issue promptly
Address Changes
Once an order enters production, we cannot change the shipping address. Please double-check your information before completing checkout.
